Jim Pace, III

Jim Pace, III has a diverse background in all facets of commercial properties.  For the past twenty years, he has been a commercial expert in Construction, Development, Real Estate & Property Management.  Jim graduated from the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management.   He managed over 1,000,000 sf of commercial real estate throughout Metro-Atlanta.  His construction company built the first two phases of Pinewood Atlanta Studios.  His knowledge of commercial construction makes him a strong partner in both real estate and development opportunities. From project conception to completion, Jim is capable of guiding you and your team through any project.
